So ECT is actually working. I know that ppl have said the relief is temporary but I've been feeling so much better and I've been playing video games again and crafting and watching anime and shit. My CTB plan is on hold indefinitely. Whether or not shit gets bad again or not? Idk I'm no psychic lol but for now? I'm going to ride the high of being okay

I'm happy for you! And also, I don't mean to push this on you but this is something that happened to work for me. I take Saffron and Rosemary (can find easily on Amazon) every day. That's helped me a lot with my mental health issues. If you find it doesn't work, maybe try that? Just make sure to research.
