Help Not sure what method to choose

I'm not sure what method to choose, I've thought about SN and I did have both benzos and an ae but the method wouldn't be viable anymore as I'm no longer prescribed them, only other choices I have are hanging and falling from a height but I'm not sure what to choose, even then I'm not exactly sure how I'd get a rope do hanging with si I'm kind of just out of luck unless I get prescribed benzos again

I could technically yeah but I'd rather have what is stated in the method than just taking the SN and trying not to throw up, even if I don't get an ae I'm fine with just using benzos as I'd most likely pass out or fall unconscious, and I'd tather not be conscious while it takes affect

I personally really wish it's not so unnecessarily difficult to cease existing, it feels cruel to me how there isn't the option for me to just painlessly die in peace. But anyway best wishes, I hope you find the relief you search for.

I mean if you don't throw up the SN in a few minutes you're almost guaranteed to die at some point because of the how quickly it enters in your system, but I think having benzos would at least be the smart thing to do, not only would it calm you down but if you take an overdose of them you'll just end up falling unconscious and won't have to be awake for any of the process which sounds like the best way to go out
