I read a few good articles on this site about hanging some time ago, but I remember conflicting recommendations about rope placing on the neck. Some say that it should be placed under Adam's apple and others say it should be placed over Adam's apple. Can you give a somewhat of a definitive answer to that? I plan to do full suspension btw and I don't feel like I have enough energy to go through all the info again...in searches for an answer
I think that the second option is more logical, since in that case the rope won't push the Adam's apple upwards (which is causing a lot of pain) when you're hanging. And also it seems that that way the rope will constrict the cartoid artery more efficiently. But correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks
