I've got a method that will leave my body unscathed - asphyxiation by helium inhalation - got all the materials for it and am tinkering together a functional device. I wrote a script that will send an email after a few hours (basically a dead man's switch) as I need to be found relatively soon. My adopted cat needs to be taken care of, I'm responsible for her and she was my lifeline. I don't mind her eating me but I don't want to be a health hazard. So I'm preparing a testament, a note, documents to facilitate the handling of my estate and provided easy access to my apartment after reading the email. The grief over my death will hit my father pretty hard so I want everything else to be as easy as possible.
This is the most work I have done in months. I get exhausted and think of cancelling the whole thing. I wish I cared less about how I leave things, but that's how I am. I can't escape this damned bureaucracy even in death.
