Does anybody know what I can use for partial hanging if I don't have a closet or anything of good height in my house to use? Like a temporary surface I can make to use for it?

Buy a doorway pull up bar and nylon rope, they both aren't expensive and very reliable for partial and even full if the pull up bar is tough enough
