  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I strongly recommended anyone not to try partial suspended hanging from their doorknob. Not because it'll be painful or anything, but simply because it's inefficient as hell.

If you tie the rope to the doorknob and then make it pass up from the door to the other side, then make a noose and pull through, you'll likely not produce enough pressure.

In an ideal hanging you should let gravity do the job.

It's basically as inefficient as trying to hang yourself by tying the rope to the ground and pulling yourself up as if you were some sort of slave, instead of letting yourself down.

I've been trying this for a week now and all I got was a little red shadow on the neck,or the noose untying itself (but that's independent from the door).
