• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I've always had a lot of trouble with partial suspension (the only method I can use without a huge risk of being 'saved') and trying to overcome the survival instinct. My setup isn't the greatest (using a bedpost) so I've found it hard to put all my weight down. I think it's because I can't go from standing to crouching fast and have to go from crouching/kneeling to laying down, if that makes sense. I don't know if it's survival instinct or the setup being awkward and making things harder. Any advice for dealing with this?
