I sat today couple of hours on my computer trying to understand how to share the new edition of the book, In the end I found a way.
I'm sharing here the book, but the use in this book is in your responsibility! Check that all the suppliers are correct!
Don't trust me or anyone else in this matter!
The quality is not the best, but that's what I was able to found.
I download every chapter separately and marge them together (because the program didn't let me download all it once) So there might be missing some pages,
Here is the edition of 2019 to compare that everything correct

A note- I didn't see any big changes in the two editions, but I only read the chapters on the opioids and the nembutal

I never clicked on the file. But when clicking the link it gave me the download page.

It took me to anonfile but had to subscribe to continue and if i click that it takes me to a vpn saying unsecure network

It might depend on your platform / browser, etc.
On a laptop or desktop, it should generally be fine.
If you encounter issues accessing it from TOR then maybe try a normal browser.
However, I know some people have had issues with anonfile.

@Yomyom Perhaps you can also upload a copy to "gofile.io" ?
Also, have you figured out the file extension issues yet ?

I download it now, and it work for me.
But I upload it now to google Drive, maybe it will be okay there.

As i said..it brings me to the anon page. but it doesn't show what the file actually is.

Same issue. File has no extension, so file type is unknown.
Does not open in acrobat pdf reader......

No i haven't. Because i don't download files that i don't recognize.

The file extension was added and it still didn't work.
Makes me want to jump into a Linux OS and see if the same issue occurs

Yes (added .pdf to file name using Total Commander, but I think it could be done with standard Windows Explorer).

I always have file extensions visible....
