Resource Penalty for attempting rail suicide

Without talking about the driver's PTSD risk, I have the following question :
Are suicide attemps with train (whatever the nature is) subject to justice condamnation (as a contravention or crime for instance) ?
If I jump out of the track at the last moment, or if I survive, will I be subject to judiciairy pursuit, to emprisonment and judiciairy file ?

I would think you could be liable for various federal felonies but the authorities would have to press charges first. A minimum of trespassing could be pressed as well as a plethora of others if they choose. And that's if you survived, which is questionable but possible

Unfortunately, if you're not imprisoned for breaking the law, you'll be imprisoned in a mental health facility which is basically the same thing.
