An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
The one thing thg helps me is self care and being selfish about it. Your happiness and comfort is all that matters. Depression can make you not interested to do anything that you enjoy but I try to keep a hold on them when I am feeling really down.
For me, it could be as little as going for a walk to smoking weed and listening to music to doing a whole beauty spa regimen and putting on one of my favorite shows or movies and of course your favorite food. Everyone's different. Sometimes writing helps or reaching out to a loved one or even someone on here or another forum. Keep your head up, I hope you get yourself out of this feeling, it really sucks. Depressions a motherfucker.

You mean with drugs right, because I'm in the exact same boat. Society doesn't want me to use opiates or benzos. They want me to "exercise/go for walks" and all that bullshit.

I feel ya man. If I had unlimited access to opiates and stims things would be sooooo much better.
But I have to admit that exercising 'till your muscles hurt can sometimes be beneficial, expecially to relieve anxiety.
