I need to find pictures of hanging suicides. I read on one thread that there is a thread about it somewhere here on sanctioned suicide but haven't found it if there is one.

The YNC has videos. You can also go to yahoo.com and type in keywords "hanging suicide". They got a lot of pictures.

I always figured reddits watchpeopledie has the best stuff and variety.
Until they banned the posting of suicide content
Mostly unrecognizable though. And lots of fakes.
There's even a whole movie around that supposedly depicts various real deaths, but it got debunked. Just art.
Liveleak is pretty solid for content.
