• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I'm going to ctb tomorrow by using plastic bag and sleeping pills. My plan is to fast for 8 hours. Then I'll take 45 pills of Ambien and wait for 20 min following with plastic bag.

Im questioning you is my method ok

It may be useful for you to read the Wikibooks entry on Suicide/Suffocation. Also bear in mind that 45 pills is (relatively speaking) a small dosage and so, if successful, death will be by suffocation.

Whilst Ambien isn't technically a benzodiazepine, it acts on the same brain receptors. What worried me about this method was the following:

Wikibooks said:
Benzodiazepines work through the limbic system in our brain, which is - among other areas of responsibility - responsible for awakeness and falling asleep. But when benzodiazepines shut down your limbic system, your motoric system is not shut down and continues to be operational. As a result of that, people were observed and reported to have been walking and doing things while they were unconscious due to the benzodiazepines (similar to sleepwalking). That is why this class of drugs is just about perfect for drug cocktails (since you will not be conscious to feel any pain), but not so for any method which requires for our motoric system to be shut down (like this method, since the motoric system has to be shut down so that one does not remove the bag from one's head, due to the feeling of suffocation).

Unlkely. Z-drugs are the same as benzos, they are not strong enough for a reason.

You're gonna rip that bag off your head, consciously or unconsciously.

You may wanna add some helium to your plastic bag. Otherwise your body will fight suffocation.

Your breathing will increase so much you'll feel your heart beat racing in yur chest, and the bag will fill up with vapour droplets. I tried this method with Codeine and Diazepam's, it was not pretty and ill all day after.

But when you are asleep, you shouldn't be aware of what is happening with your heart and breathing

Thanks a lot for your recommendation. But I can't provide any phenobarbital.

I think it comes down to the amount of drugs you use. You would have use such a high amount so you would be guaranteed not to awake.

Unfortunately, even when you are asleep/unconscious, your brain is still monitoring your body's functions and can also control the body's motor functions. This is why barbiturates are recommended as:
Wikibooks said:
Barbiturates...shut down the neural pathways in the brain because they work through the reticular formation in the brain. This then prevents any motoric activity from occurring.
