I suck at manual things, never were able to roll a joint for instances, so when i look at online guide for tying a knot i don't understand anything it seems to my bewildered mind as if they always skeep 3 steps between every two steps, so please if anyone has a very very simple progressive guide to tie a noose, or for non-suspension hanging (where to tie a belt ? How to do it the most easily for instance, please post it here.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much

It's the only knot needed for full or partial suspension. Try it on your thigh, it won't come undone.
The hangmans noose knot is not good as all those coils create lots of friction when trying to tighten. Fine if you drop 8ft or more but most people don't and don't need to. That knot is only good for a visual prop in a John Wayne film.

I'm no expert but I think so. Make sure the support is very sturdy and maybe pad the part in contact with your skin for a big boost in comfort.

I made a post on my brief experience here:

I will be changing method though so not the most useful person to help you. Good luck.
