I am currently in a clinic of the psychiatry. I had some bad experiences in the past but overall it helps me. But there are many stories of people on here with horrible experiences.

I go with this one: The benefits and the harm are on a similar level. I think there is a need for systemic change. But this change had to come from the society with way more resources for struggling people. With a completely new approach for this issue.
