Posting my suicide note on Instagram after I CTB

I wrote a long suicide note justifying my decision to society, and I'm thinking about scheduling my Instagram to post two days after I commit suicide. What do you guys think? Is there any chance of something going wrong?

That's my main concern. I thought about scheduling it 2 days after my attempt so I have time to delete it if something goes wrong, but like you said, there's a chance I may be without phone access or too much fucked up in the hospital to even remember that
