• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Any suggestions on what to do before using the Exit bag?

Like, have a glass of wine to relax? I have some valium from a surgery - should I take some and if so, how much (to calm any potential nerves)?

What's the best way to place myself? Sitting on bed? Lying on bed?

Would it be difficult to turn on the gas lying on bed, vs sitting up somewhere with head supported? (not the gas itself, I mean better control of mobility sitting up etc.)

Should I avoid eating for a while, or it doesn't matter?

Anything else at all to consider? All tips welcome as looking to do this shortly!
