I got everything I need for ctb ( AE and SN) and also enough time so I won't get caught. Another thing I added is something called a "Patientenverfügung". So basically what it does it prevents medical staff from helping me whatsoever on a legal base. Sometimes you gotta love german law lol.

Well, I really hope I can follow through as I can't take it anymore. I tried everything to get better, nothing worked. I am tired. Still my SI is immensely strong so I hope I will overcome it.

Wasn't on here for long but this community really helped me in this short time span <3

The exhaustion from repeatedly trying and failing to get better is real. It grinds you down until there isn't much left but sand.

Often it takes a few "almost ready but not quite" situations until we are truly ready to take the plunge. On the one hand we want to be ready, but something is holding us back.

It's ok. Give it time. Even if that means to prolong your own suffering.
