i cant find much about it on the internet, does anyone know if taking a lot of promethazine can kill you? If so, how much would I need to take? Currently getting them for sleep but I've been saving them up for a while now.

You will more likely be sick than die. Very few die from an overdose of promethazine. Didn't even find they helped for sleep either really if I'm honest.
