Propranolol Question (SN Method)

The 2022 PPH suggests a dose of 400 mg of Propranolol taken 40 minutes before the SN. I'm wondering if taking that much Propranolol can cause any side effects that'll affect my ability to take the SN? I take Propranolol pretty regularly (20-30 mg daily), so it's not a new medicine for me. I'm just nervous that taking 400 mg will knock me out or something and make me unable to take the SN...

I'm not sure if it can knock you out but you can mix it along with SN in the same glass and take it. Which PPH mentions as an option either before or with SN.

Ohhhh ok I didn't realize you could mix it with the SN, gotta go back and look at the pph. I guess I'll crush some of them and mix it with the SN.
