First time posting here song easy on me please!
I was reading through an autopsy report on a celebrity suicide by hanging, and it said that there was thick emesis coming from the nares, and remnants of it on his chest when he was found. He CTB via partial hanging.
His toxicology came back clean except for a miniscule amount of alcohol in his system (well below the legal limit. Only 1 and a half bottles of beer were found near his body so very little). Why would he have vomited during hanging? Is this a thing? I've looked everywhere and can't find any answers.
Hanging was the ctb I've been considering most, but I'm interested to know if this is commonplace as well as factors as to why that could happen. Thoughts?
