  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

  • Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

Does there exist any kind of online counseling/therapy service for people with depression, anxiety, etc, that CAN NOT section 8 its users? The immoral imbalance of power and history abuse of that power in the field is my biggest obstacle towards attempting change. Also, I would prefer something that doesn't use CBT. Every time I've tried it, it's rhetoric has always been about blaming me for my depression, never about actually getting better. I want something with actual compassion to its program. Does this even exist or am I just SOL?

Hey, i just thought about doing this: using other countries' counseling sites. Like, i mean, using an American site if you're in France, or other way around, and et cetera. They won't send the police abroad to get you, right? 🤔

With how interconnected the world is, they absolutely could, I imagine. By visiting their website they know your IP address and geo-location data.

Yes, but: 1 — VPN, 2 — would they really contact police in your country and explain the situation? Isn't it kinda too much? dunno 😕
