• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

These questions don't really have a definitive answer because I know it can vary person to person, and the majority of people who know the answer are dead—but—I'm hoping someone can answer regardless. Would be a bonus if someone who's actually tried to ctb using SN could tell me how the symptoms felt.

I'm particularly wondering about the rapid symptoms of dizziness, headache, shortness of breath, and nausea that develop quickly. I've never rlly had much physical health problems (other than occasional tachychardia during exercise), so I'm not used to bad headaches , dizziness, or shortness of breath. Does anyone know how bad these symptoms are? Are the headaches like migraines, and is the dizzyness like the world is spinning around? Do you feel like your suffocating or not getting enough air?

I'm really anxious (I have anxiety) but also know I need to go. I'm just trying to fully know what to expect going into it. Thanks.

I would suggest looking at documentation for @platoscavedweller, @athiestjoe and @maynoname

I know this isn't exactly the answer you asked for, but from everything I know, the worst part is the puking and increased heart rate. by the time someone gets to any rough breathing, the assumption has been made that they are typically unconscious or nearly such since responding became impossible. but the bad parts are temporary in the grand scheme.

ETA: happy to link you if you can't find them.

Hey ophelia, thx for ur response. I have read those reports and appreciate u for providing them. They do provide a lot of info on what to expect.

Ig my concern is when the unconsciousness takes place which can't really be proven so my anxiety focuses on that. I assume as well that they are at least semi-unconscious during those abnormal breathing phases. I've also seem to recall reports though of people being aware of their labored breathing. And ya, puking def sucks (i hate it). I'm scared I'll call for help out of panic and anxiety when the time comes and symptoms start to set in. I think I'm more afraid of me panicking than the actual discomfort of the symptoms.

I'm doing a simulation run tonight where I'll take 4mg of klonopin (i was prescribed .25mg as needed and I have no tolerance) and then a shot of salt water 30 mins later to simulate SN. I'm trying to get a feel for timing and how long it takes for the benzo to take effect and hopefully make me sleep. Obviously the other symptoms from the SN can't be simulated, the most important imo being the SI and anxiety, but at least I can get a feel for the benzo.

update on test run. I took 4mg clonazepam sublingually at 5:10. It is now 5:44 and I am starting to feel heavy headed a little bit, but not as much as I would have hoped by now. I have a cup of saltwater to simulate sn and Im trying to get a sense of when to take it for clonazepam to have the best effects. I guess 4 mg doesn't seem like a lot but I rarely rake clomazepam (maybe .25mg) every month) so i dont rlly have any tolerance that I know of. I'm really hoping I just pass out and am almost unaware of my surroundings. I also set off an alarm in 45 mins to see if I wake up from it. If i don't that would be a good sign.
Do you think mixing some alcohol with the benzo would speed up the process to unconsciousness? @opheliaoveragain I don't reallu know how people forget toctake the sn becauee they fall asleep. It just doesn't seem that powerful of a sedative to make you tap out like that, and maybe its more just delaying the ctb out of fear which I understand. What is your experience with large doses of benzos? Do they just make you sleep or are you also mostly unresponsive and unaware of most sensations?

that benzo has a slower onset than say, xanax. it's not that people forget, it's that they take too much benzo on an empty stomach and it kicks it quicker. a lot of those failures used too much xanax, but not all.

they have the potential to make you pass out but if you're anxious etc it will treat that first. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking any kind of huge amount, it potentially increases vomiting bc you need water to get it down. and we're hypothetically trying to have as little in the system as possible.

So i timed mine, I took 4mg clonazepam (16 0.25 tablets) sublingually and took the saltwater 1 hour and 40 mins later when I began to feel more tired. I think I fell asleep shortly after.
I think next time I might take closer to 6mg and have it fully disolve under my tongue to hopefully make it go faster. When I woke up, I thought I forgot to drink the saltwater until I checked my notes and saw I did.

Also, I only took the benzos with about 50ml or less of water, do you think that would increase vomiting?

you def wanna take it with as little water as possible, IMO. keep in mind that with every test run, your tolerance goes up a bit. it sounds like it'll be go to go though from what you've said.

this has also been a major concern for me.

i cant remember details but, i've read around here sometime ago, an account of someones who was over a phonecall w a friend who was CTB'ing w SN

and, i think her final words here "oh fuck... oh fuck... oh fuck."

not trying to dissuade or anything but, damn... that one gave me some pause, yknow?

i mean, 4h freacking hours, on average? i guess time doesnt really matter much, *if* during unconciousness we literally cant feel anything *at all*, but...

eitherway, its temporary i guess... but yeah, 4h seems abit scary idk
