Any idea what kind of tower this is? More importantly, how hard would it to be climb this? Do you need a ladder to get to the mounted climbing things?

the wind up there will distract you. you'll lose concentration, possibly get sick, feel disoriented, and you could even fall from a height that might not kill you right away but could leave you crippled. these are just some things that initially come to mind, and there are many other possibilities you might not even imagine.
