Hello. I have reached a point where I wish to quit, or CTB as it's referred to. Decision was thought about and considered for many years and I see it as a logical solution. I have read the PPH and scoured the forums for some time, and I decided I want to try the SN method. There are a few questions I have, and my hope is that I could receive some advice, whether here or in private messages. I apologize if the construction of this post is messy, as I rarely do this. I live in Finland, Europe, so the laws are fairly strict here, and it might even prove impossible to obtain SN from abroad, even if ordered from within Europe. I have to try nonetheless though. I'm not very well-versed in these things beyond the PPH, so if you choose to respond, feel free to talk to me as if I were stupid. Mention even the most obvious things. Any help at all I'll be grateful for. Money should not be an issue for me, so I'm willing to spend some extra if it will aid.
1. Probably the most important question. If SN proves to be unobtainable in my country, what other similar protocol would you recommend? I aim for this to be as least brutal as possible. I am fine with a certain amount of pain, unless it's extremely agonizing and prolonged.
2. Are there good or reputable sites for ordering SN in Europe? If I remember right, sharing sources is not allowed on posts, so I'm open to direct messages. Worth mentioning I only recently made my account and don't know if I can use this feature yet. Therefore I would appreciate any vague hints or advice in the matter, and don't mind using something else to communicate if need be.
3. Same question as above but regarding anti-emetics and benzodiazepines. Also, are there viable or equally good substitutes that should be easy to obtain? If so, what would be the recommended dosage if I'd have to resort to using these alternatives?
4. Might be a stupid question, but I've read SN may react to metal (like on spoons or measuring cups), yet I'm unsure if that's actually the case. Is it advised to use non-metallic appliances? Does it even matter?
5. I have some of my own medicine at hand, and while I doubt it would prove at all useful, it's worth to ask. Will Mirtazapine, Escitalopram or Bupropion be of any use? What about painkillers like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen?
6. Should I stop taking any prior medicine for a long time (weeks) before attempting?
7. It's bound to be stressful, so is there something you recommend to do beyond just taking pills?
Sorry if this was difficult to read or if the questions are dumb, I just want to be precise and sure. I will gladly take any advice. If you have read this, I appreciate your time. Feel free to say anything even if you don't have any advice, I will try to respond well, though I'm not very good at providing comfort.
