An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UKās communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
Am I the only one that finds recovery to be this way? You have to stay right on top of things and can't miss a beat. "just calm down they probably don't hate you. They're probably busy" "you're getting stressed, walk away" "it's fine, just breath. You're safe"
Maybe it's just me.

i guess life in general needs discipline. i am always able to be disciplined in my professional life. but when it comes to do something for myself i am a mess.
edit: and i think you also have to be disciplined to not always punish yourself. so it's ok to sometimes miss a beat. don't set your standards too high. setting the standards too high is one of my main issues which makes me always feel to have failed. learn to let go. mistakes are inevitable - also in recovery - but they are not the end of the world.

Yeah, I agree with this. It doesn't take much for me to get into a downward spiral. Even just one bad afternoon could easily turn into multiple progressively worse days, and it takes so much discipline to sort of reel it back in and get on top of things again.
