  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

It's an amino acid for depression (and also for the negative effects of Schizophrenia). http://www.thedoctorwillseeyounow.com/content/depression/art4215.html

I just ordered mine from ProFrontal. I can't wait for it to arrive so I can test it. So exhausted of this depression.

The search continues, but wanted to share this new resource.

there are some positive reviews and a few not so positive currently online - but this is easy to acquire and test...

Seems interesting :-) I have read your thread by the way on Lithium Orotate, it seems to be helping some of the anxiety I have had. Not sure if it's continuing to be as effective as it was at first though, but that could be due to other things.

Do you know what kind of dosage is recommended for this?

I hope it will help you! :-)

Hi @Flippy thank you for sharing re Lithium Orotate. I also found it less effective over time - which is a real bummer, as it was so great at first. However, that doesn't mean it won't keep working for other people - there are excellent reviews all over Amazon which attest to some people having longer success.

Re Sarcosine, there are some reviews mentioning doseage, as well as the research papers. The dose needs to be watched and adjusted, as for some people it makes them irritable etc if the dose is too high, then they take it lower and it's better again. Some recommend combining it with NAC, though some recommend trying it by itself at first. One reviewer combined it with something that works on the histamine system for better efficacy.

I've posted links to all my research below - you're welcome to plough through.

I have just heard of (yet another) substance with good reviews for anxiety (though bummer, one person had amazing results for 15 days then it stopped. Which is the story of my life!) but it is called: 7,8- Dihydroxyflavone

Sarcosine:

Tomorrow though, before that arrives, I'm taking Tramadol. hopefully it will get me out of bed and doing what I need to do.

Dreading tomorrow as usual - but hope the Tramadol will help.

Thanks so much for all of this! :-) I will definitely have a read through! I'm more determined to fix myself after some recent events. I've half decided to taper off my meds as they simply aren't working, although they used to, they haven't been anything like as effective for a few years now. I guess I will try most anything that looks like it has a decent chance! Really appreciate all the info you posted, thanks once again and good luck with it :-)

It's very good of you to share your research with everyone. I'm definitely going to give Sarcosine a try! :-) You should maybe start an alternative treatments megathread. :-)

Did you look into Kratom? Does nothing for me, but some good reviews.

Lol. Megathread beyond my current technical ability. But good idea

I think I read about it on here. I haven't tried it but I will look into it further. Lol! Yeah a megethread is probably quite a demanding task! Probably best to put your energy into getting better first! :-)
