• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I've never been good at letting go or saying good-bye

I received my SN, Tagamet, and Primperan just yesterday and the reality of that I can take my own life at any time has settled in quite nicely.

I have a sure-way of escape; terrifying yet relieving none-the-less.

Now, I don't know what to do...

What is moving forward from here?

Do I write a letter?
Set a date?
Is there an article on how-to do this?

How do I satisfy the need of saying Good-bye perfectly, neatly, and without compulsion for the very last time to the people who I will never see again!

words of advice and suggestions are welcomed.

TY, voool

Hello brother,
I'm glad to hear that having the materials you need gives you some peace of mind. At the same time I'm sorry to hear that the letting go part of this process is causing you pain and difficulty.
I think that trying to condense the enormity of what you must be thinking and feeling in to a palatable instrument for your lived ones is a very hard task indeed.
In my experience I never quite got to the point where I was happy with my goodbyes and have decided when the time is right not to over analyse it.
I know this probably doesn't help you much, but I hope you can take something in the understanding that what you are thinking is very hard and I hope you can reflect peacefully and articulate yourself right when the time comes.
Peace my friend.

I would recommend to have a look at the book of the Peaceful Pill. It has many ideas of what to do. The steps. My memory is quite bad.
Anything you choose, have a big hug!

I think the goodbye can't ever be perfect.

I see it all kind of like a goodbye gathering, and while you're there you can let the guests know you love them or you appreciate them, and then at one moment in the span of all your years, in the span of the billions of years of the cosmos, you slip out the side door.

And that's it.

Now you know where the side door is, but when to use it and what to do before is completely up to you. For some, just knowing that it's there can lead to more time.
