Help Self harm in hospital

Hi.
I know I said the last post was my last but I feel so bad today and need to cut.they have confiscated my things so I have nothing.just brought a bowl from breakfast which I could smash and use.checked the whole hospital and there seems like nothing else.I just need to draw blood as a release.will I be monitored one to one as a result!
Any ideas on ways and implications.

This seems very, very difficult. You're surrounded by people who have spent years learning how to make people not die. I'm not familiar with your situation; how soon can you get out of the hospital?

You might have better success waiting instead of digging a deeper hole for yourself. Better a 50% chance later than a 1% chance now with no chance in the future.

If you want to get out of there, which I'm assuming you do, self-harming would be counterproductive. You just have to pretend that you're fine and mentally stable now and cooperate so they let you go.

there are smaller ways that don't leave a mark. Perhaps pinching or others would work better than nothing for now? and then focus on getting out.

It's bloody imposSible. Now on increased monitoring now I have tried ,having taken the ring off my keys, stretched it out but it's not sharp enough.The bowl has been taken and the knife which was rubbish to.
This stay is harder than ever.spoken with my boy which upset me.

Better than most asylums which don't allow cell phones and cut people off from support, isolate then, and open us up for abuse because we can't tell people.

Not even bad people in prison don't deserve that, and she's not a bad person, seems good actually.

I am on a mental health ward of my local hospital.The environment is nice enough and the other patients are not to bad.the staff are friendly.my psychiatrist said that he's not going to discharge me until he thinks I am much better.he has doubled the dose of my Meds.last time I took that dose ,after about 10 days made me irrable so he says he will probably keep me here longer this time at least past the 10 days. .I am not even allowed leave without the staff.he has told the staff not to discharge me at all.I am very bored now and hate this confinement.you are told what to do and when to do it.it's not nice and should be avoided but I had no choice.I was under an emergency police section earlier in the day but they let me go so they were not going to let me go a second time.they have not asked for my phone but don't know if come on here plus I need it for my boy ringing me.they definitely would have trouble if they tried to get it.

Try hitting your head against the wall or with your fists. It usually works for me and leaves no marks if you don't do it too hard.

Hi Lara, do you have your charger with you?. I stayed one month on a ward, I found it highly controlling too but glad you have some nice staff members that always helps. We were only able to charge our phones at certain times. Personally I think mental health services in the UK are not good enough but then again is anywhere in the World good enough?

Scares me shitless about attempting and failing I just know I couldn't cope with my liberty and freedom being taken away from me stripped bare !!! Imagine you didn't have your phone jeez !! Keep your chin up 10 days or more !!!! What's the food like

This is a living nightmare... what's the point of keeping someone alive in a place like this. I can't imagine how it's even possible to become anything but less sane as time goes on in this kind of environment.

I think my phone may disappear tomorrow.
I was using it to chat and it was hooked to the WiFi as a quest but then hooked up as me after I asked for the password without thinking.
The WiFi then blocked me saying it was not acceptable content and my request had been logged.so if I don't chat for a while,I am still here but phoneless!

Are you a troll? Serious question. I've read several of your posts and when you're not assessing people's criteria for leaving this world, you're shaming them on how they're coping. I understand people have a right to express their opinions here, but this is intended to be a supportive space.
