I need to self harm to feel again. About to be deep in an episode. Help. This is how to get out of it. I dont have blades. Sometimes I scratch but its not enough right now. I dont want to punch. How else can I make myself feel? "Self soothe" isnt working, "grounding" makes me more anxious right now
