This probably sounds outright ridiculous, but it works for me, so maybe it could work for others too. It doesn't hurt to share, in any case.
Some weeks ago, I was seriously sleep deprived but needed to partake in an activity which required that I was energized and focused. I tried something I've used in the past, a simple dextrose supplement intended to be used during exercise and training. As expected, I got the energy and focus I needed. What surprised me, not to say shocked me, was that it also lifted my mood dramatically and supressed all anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts.
I've taken this dextrose supplement more or less on a daily basis since then, although not exactly systematically. I can say with certainty now that it lifts my mood and that it's not placebo. It's by no means a miracle cure, but it definitely lessens and sometimes even neutralizes my anxiety, depression, and suicidality. I haven't developed any kind of tolerance and I can't see how you could on something perfectly natural and common like this.
I take something called Dextro Energy, which contains 89 % pure dextrose and, as far as I can tell, no artificial ingredients. It's available in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia and is quite cheap at around one Euro a pack. It's also available on major online marketplaces and can be bought in large packs. I assume that any form of pure dextrose will do, e.g. dextrose powder for body builders, which also is available on major online marketplaces. These products are very cheap, so it won't cost you much if you want to try it out.
A caveat: If you decide to try this, remember that dextrose is a kind of sugar. Taking too much table sugar can lead to weight gain, diabetes, and heart disease, and it can actually also worsen depressions. I'm no nutritional expert, so I dare not say how dextrose compares to table sugar. So, if you want to give this a shot, I suggest you use it in moderation.
