Hi,

I currently take 400mg of Seroquel at night for sleep and have been taking this dose for some time.

I have read that Seroquel can delay the time to death when taking N.

Would this be a substantial delay?

I planned to check in to a hotel early afternoon and take my N basically straight away. Checkout time obviously wouldn't be until late morning.

Would this leave me enough time?

I have 2 bottles of N.

I don't have an answer for you, but why not book 2 nights at the hotel?

Thankyou, Nitromask.

I had considered booking two nights, but I don't want it to be too long before I'm found.

I'm now having second thoughts about a hotel too and considering if there's some place else I could ctb.

I take them also to sleep better.
But maybe you can stop them for the coming time.

The delay wont be long and you wont notice also because you are in coma ofcourse. 12 grams pentobarbital you wont survive forever sure.

I keep going back and forth on either 2 nights at a hotel or being in my car somewhere remote...

(N method)

Hmmm... a delay about 120 minutes?

I suppose you are not getting an educated answer here... who can possibly know? Dr. Nitsche? Dignitas Association?

I guess you are not going to receive a shared experience from someone who tried it either...

but as they said.... no one took 12gr of N and survived ( guess without vomiting)

I don't know where did you find an info, that quetiapine delays the time of death by N-use.

I checked two reliable drug interaction checkers at Medscape and Uptodate. Pentobarbital can only make the effects of quetiapine weaker. That is it.

How can I enter that specific Medscape page? I tried but couldn't find it.

It's an anti-psychotic; the PPeH mentions that a long comatose phase was associated with prolonged use of anti-psychotic medication.
