  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I don't really know what to do. I've been with my partner for a couple weeks now but we were ex's beforehand. I really thought dating them would help me by talking to them and hanging out with the and such. I just don't feel happy I haven't felt happy for a while. I wanted to talk about things with them i.e my depression and my emotional state but I didn't want to dump my emotions on someone. I don't want them to think I lost interest in them but i'm not sure what to do. My thoughts have been getting worse and I don't want to worry them at all. If I were to CTB I wouldn't want them to feel like they were guilty (I know that's probably inevitable though). I feel breaking up with them might be for the best for if I do CTB. I feel like talking with them about my emotions like this would trigger/worry them too much.

Sorry if I have the wrong prefix i'm new.

Welcome to SS forum!
I think if you are not too long with your partner, it shouldn't hurt too much.
In this case, probably, it would be better to break up.
Never promise anything, just tell that it was a mistake and sorry for the time your partner spent on you.
If you are a new user, you can stay there for a while, maybe you need some support or information.
Please, feel free to talk to us

I did, also distanced myself from everyone I was friends with so that when I'm gone nobody will really notice. I also went through a similarish experience in hoping that being in a relationship would help. For me it just made things worse and either way knowing I was gonna end it I broke it off, but did so with enough time and distancing that she'll never know now when I do it anyway, same with old friends been almost 2 years since I spoke to most of them now
