Last week was having a really rough week. My mental health was declining so bad, lots of suicidal thoughts, only got around 2 hours total sleep over several days. Used a mental health day off work to catch up on sleep. It's kind of silly but I found a thing that keeps me distracted enough to push through and makes me happy, if temporarily. I learned about Picky Pads and ordered some off Etsy. I have a minor skin picking issue but I mostly bought it because the pads looked so cute and needed something to distract myself. I can spend around 8 hours or more on just one pad. Don't know if it will help anyone else but just thought I'd share. I get so focused on picking at my picky pad that existential dread is kept at bay at least in the moment.
