I have 12 Zzzquil pills (25mg) and alcohol. How much alcohol should I drink? Do I need more pills? Will this kill me at all?

No, it probably won't but it'll definitely get you into the hospital and then put in a psych ward unless you lie your face off about why you took them. Not even alcohol and benzos kill, except for rare cases where the person was sick or had no tolerance to either, etc.
