I am going to see a doctor after the weekend about my insomnia meanwhile I am wondering if anyone here have any tips.
As soon as I lay on my bed to sleep my headache gets worse, I start to have racing and depressing thoughts and I wake up early I the morning and can't fall asleep again.
I have started eating healthy, no phone before bed, warm shower, exercise in the afternoon etc. but still nothing works
