Alcohol intake ups stomach acid levels and thus directly inhibits the effectiveness of SN. I think this is mentioned in the PPeH.

Yeah. I'm defo partaking of some halfling weed after the antiemetics and ranitidine. Doesn't affect the digestive system other than perhaps combating nausea.
