An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
Has anyone recently successfully received SN from DMC to Canada?? I've only seen posts of people ordering SN to Canada saying they're currently stuck in customs, and I know people are saying it's going to become more regulated and harder to get. Most of the successful DMC recipients I've seen post recently were American or European. Does anyone know anyone or any posts stating a recent successful delivery? Thanks so much

Will do. Exact message: "Item has been presented to Canada Border Services Agency for review. Richmond BC" The product is not illegal in Canada so hopefully it clears in the stated timeframe.

The basis would be the concentration, from what I read on the government website SN can only be at a concentration of 200ppm, unless I misunderstood and this was about food regulations

I believe that would be food regulations. As far as I know the product is still legal in Canada Canadian Border services would have to have a reason seize. I'm still waiting for my package to clear customs so perhaps there is a problem. I just don't know.
