My SN just arrived, I don't feel any particular emotions but I physically feel like the end is near. When I picture myself dying it feels more real than it ever has.

Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

I have not gotten up the nerve to order yet, though I know that "window of opportunity" is closing. Not sure why. Maybe because if I don't have it I won't be tempted to use it when my pain is really bad. Which sounds really stupid when I stop and realize just how many guns and prescription pills I have in this house.

That's very sensible to not order SN if you think that's best to keep you from making choices you'd regret! If you do order know that it's very stable and you can still use it after years even in poor storage conditions, and if you don't order you still have the guns! :)
