Method SN method; how long would it take to kill me?

I don't have tagamet, and I can't acquire nor pay for it. I know I can go without it but I wonder how long the sn (15 mg) would take to kill me without this drug. I hope passing out soon, as i'll be taking lots of benzos, but i'm a very light sleeper and I fear I will be passing in and out of consciouness for who knows how long. Could also the dying process per se become significantly longer if I don't take the tagamet?
