I plan on fasting for 8 hours and doing it in the morning.
I have zyprexa or remeron for anti-emetic.
inderal to slow heart rate.
2 cups of sn measured at 25 grams each in plastic cup.
plan on being on ground so i can immediately lay back so no head injury if i survive.

what am i missing?

does this seem like a good plan? To be clear I don't mean tomorrow morning I mean I'm trying to figure out a plan for a morning in general
