You need either DMSO or anti-emetics for it to have a chance of working.

Xerxes is the first person to advice combining SN with DMSO, and he is the only person who has reported that it worked successfully (edit: though there was a member who disappeared yesterday after announcing their plans to use DMSO). Other members have died from ingesting only SN together with antiemetics and acid reducers before we were even made aware of DMSO as an option.
