I know you shouldn't take SN unless you really want to CTB, but what if you do and SI kicks in and only then you realise you don't want to die. What should you do?

I've heard of methylene blue as being a common antidote for methemoglobinemia which SN causes. Are there any other? And can any of these be purchased OTC so that you don't have to call emergency services?

You'll want to call emergency services immediately and tell them what you took. That is your best chance at survival.

Methylene blue is the only antidote available for SN.

You need to immediately call 911 [or your country's equivalent] and tell them you took SN if you want to be saved. Even then, there's no guarantee of survival.

Do not attempt to CTB if you have doubts about doing it.

So it's not available OTC?
