  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I keep trying to recover but its hard and as some of you mentioned its difficult. Few weeks ago i started running but i developed some pain in legs. Now i have to wait to get better with it. I have very high hopes with running. Actually its a home treadmill. Something told me inside i should check vitamin d3 level. I did and the level was about 19ng/ml. Norm is 30+ to 100. Now i take d3 supplement with k2 and i hope it will somehow improve not only mood but bones/muscles? Without exercises i feel worthless, like no one. Someone here mentioned about testosterone and i take also pine pollen not only for nutriens but for hormonal balance. Also stinging nettle root because it strongly inhibits conversion testosterone to estrogen.

Most people don't get enough vit D, especially in temperate climates over the winter. I take a vit D supplement (amongst many other things) and I'm planning to try nettle root too. Vit D also is believed to help regulate the immune system. It's interesting that you felt you might have an issue and you were right.

You know, even people in sun area have defficiency in vitamin D. So its not only about area where you live but a stress is cofactor that might be cause of lowering d level. Stinging nettle root is good to take. I checked opinions on amazon about that product. Its a powder. With time/ over time results might be intresting. Especially in long term. Im 30 yo but its not bad to take it especially when everywhere is a thing named xenoestrogen. Plastic bottles have it. Pine pollen is some kind of superfood. People do tinctures of it. I ordered next set from china

I couldn't get my head around the nettle root doseage. Some tablets would say 250mg and some would say 20,000mg! Huh? Err...big discrepancy, nettle OD! I was looking at 360mg I think, for urinary issues. Also going to try saw palmetto for the same.

20 grams is definitely too much. It depends on extraction ratio. It can be low or high so...maybe that 20 grams isnt that bad. Ask shop.

I lived in Vegas and apparently most people there have vitamin d deficiency because it's just too hot to actually go outside and get sun.

If you have access to a pool, it might provide less impact damage than running.
