• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I was testing out something stupid out of being emotional, I just wrapped a plastic bag around my head and sealed the bottom around my neck. No gas no nothing just normal carbon dioxide, so suffocation. I spent some solid minutes in there before taking the bag off and it wasn't as unpleasant as I thought. I was listening to the songs I wanted to die to on full blast so that helped, I started to hyperventilate pretty quickly and became lightheaded, my arms became weak and i started sweating a lot and I felt like I was going to pass out. I probably would've died if I passed out and I was surprised at how non-painful it was. It was just a little uncomfortable and yes it felt like there's no air and I couldn't breathe, but honestly focusing on the music it wasn't that bad. I feel like this would be the most most easily accessible suicide method if there's any chance that you'll die. In theory it should take about 5-6minutes for you to be unconscious and by 10-12 you'll be braindead no? I felt very near to passing out hence why I panicked and took the bag off, but It wasn't as painful as I expected suffocating to be. Apparently due to some other post, some people have indulged in self-pleasure while having a plastic bag over their head and accidentally passed out and died because of the plastic bag. I feel like if you'd take a couple of ambiens when tired as fuck It'd make it even easier. I did feel a bit nauseous afterwards and had a headache, but again nothing you don't feel on a daily basis already, there was nothing super painful about it.

I am so sorry to hear how much pain and suffering you are in, no one deserves that.

Acting impulsively leads to many failures. Consider some of the effective methods if consdering CTB.

No gas no nothing just normal carbon dioxide, so suffocation.
The chances of success is outstandingly low. The carbon dioxide (CO2) buildup will make it impossible to follow through and achieve CTB as inhaling CO2 will trigger an "alarm" response. While very high CO2 exposure could technically kill someone but it would need to be a very pure CO2 environment which someone is just not going to get by trying to pass out with a bag on their head. It realistically is not going to happen.

I felt very near to passing out hence why I panicked and took the bag off,
I feel like if you'd take a couple of ambiens when tired as fuck It'd make it even easier.

Remember, your body does not want to die, it will do everything possible to stay alive. The addition of sedatives or sleep pills is not going to really make it any easier in reality. The autonmous physical reactions for the body to save itself are still going to come through even if someone took a few ambien (Zolpidem). It isn't that simple, unfortunately. It would be great if it did for folks like us who are wanting to CTB and if it were that simple then we wouldn't be jumping through hoops, protocols, and methods to achieve our goal.

The hypercapnic alarm I mentioned earlier refers to the body's physiological response to elevated levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the blood aka hypercapnia. Essentially, and a very short version of relevant info on this, when CO2 levels in the bloodstream rise, usually due to inadequate ventilation or breathing in a confined space, it leads to a decrease in blood pH (respiratory acidosis) and specialized chemoreceptors in the body, primarily located in the brainstem and in the carotid arteries, detect the elevated CO2 levels. The body then has physiological responses by increasing the respiratory rate in an attempt to expel excess CO2 and take in more oxygen, increase heart rate to improve oxygen delivery and circulation, and blood vessles dilate to enhance blood flow to vital organs. CO2 will cause confusion, headaches, diziness, shortness of breath, panic & anxiety and if it were truly a high amount of CO2 yes could then lead to loss of consciousness then ultimately respiratory failure or death. But it is very, very unlikely being able to do this on your own by just doing what you described.

It is simply put outstandingly rare, and more importantly extremely unlikely, not reliable, and possibly just going to lead to more problems than before the attempt and is not worth trying for a success. I would consider other methods.

With whatever you decide, I hope you find everything you are looking for and can get peace & serenity.
