• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I have an interesting twist for suicide notes. I'm thinking of if people are writing suicide notes to more than one person (more than family), maybe to a few friends, people they want to know and what not, do you think it is a good idea to say, write part of the reason for one group, then list another reason (or set of reasons) for another group, etc.?

In other words, what I mean is let's say you are writing 3 notes, one to family, one to a friend, and one to someone you want to notify or w/e. In 3 notes, you have reasons, A through E. Then, for family, maybe you only mention reasons A and B, but not C through E, then for your friend you list reasons C and E but neither A, B, nor D. Finally, for the last one, you list D but none of the other ones.

Assuming that none of the parties are connected to each other except for the suicidal person directly, then I'm assuming that they won't be able to be overwhelmed with the reasons, and then would each have an independent reason. However, if they connect the dots, then they eventually figure out the ideas after completing the puzzle.

I'm not saying anyone should write it in this format or model, but what are you guys' thoughts on this idea?

People will be distraught after a suicide and I think playing mind fuck games would make it worse. Just my opinion.

I think it would be better for everyone to know the all the reasons. It might help them understand better.

I imagine that if you have your notes on you when the police find you, they'll take them all to sit and record/analyse anyway before giving back to the intended recipients, so all the details would be compiled into one report somewhere anyway. I agree with what @DoneFighting said, it's gonna cause more distress to everyone if they know they only got half of what they're looking for (humans need closure to some extent)

I think this is a bad idea. I'm actually going thru that now. We knew it was coming but can't seem to peice together what exactly happened. I don't think this was her intent at all but It really sucks. I'd rather hear how peaceful and free she was while making her last arraignments.

Let me clarify my reasoning for this idea. The reason for this idea is that I am going under the assumption that not everyone will get it and also sometimes when there are too many reasons, people will be too overwhelmed and may just skip it or mis-analyze it. Therefore, different parts of a suicide note to various different parties, each emphasizing a different reason for each recipient.

I am also thinking of having multiple copies in case the police confiscate the notes and never returns them. (I heard somewhere where that happened).
