• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hi
I don't know if I want to die
But I know I cannot live like this
I've been talking to a teacher a lot
But not about anything I talk about here...
Should I talk to them?
...
I want to be happy
But I don't know if that's possible...

If you want to be happy you have tot alk to someone. But I don´t think a teacher is the best person for it, cause if you tell the teacher that you are thinking about suicide, you will be brought to mental hospital and I don´t think a mental hospital is the solution of problems. I think there you get more serious problems. Do you have a real good friend you can talk to?

If you want to be happy, I don't think these forums are a good place. We're quite understanding here, but we're a gloomy bunch. Happy people don't stick around :)

Being too candid with people can be, well, dangerous. What's the nature of your discontent? What brought you here?

Do you have a school psychiatrist? I suggest asking for a confidential conversation. Society is all about the "lets talk" "anti-suicide" campaigns but it doesn't work. Telling about these feelings to another persons face can affect relationships in undesirable ways.

Sounds like you shouldn't be here to be honest, this is the wrong place for you at the moment. The last thing anyone here would want is to turn a person from saying "I don't know if I want to die" to suddenly be saying "I want to die" because of peoples mindset on this forum.

Man i dont think a teacher is the best person to talk to about this stuff. I tried to talk to my school counselor in high school about my depression and she constantly checked on me for the rest of the year at regular intervals and tried to get my parents involved which i absolutely did not want. I avoid discussing with teachers since then, in fact i show no emotion to them at all. I found this way to be much more comforting
