• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I sometimes look down from a high place or look up at the sky and just want to fly. Not to go up then fall to my death, I want to fly and be free, and the fact that I'm forever chained to the ground without some crazy shit like flightsuits or some kind of custom contraption is just depressing. In fact, sometimes I want to fly so much that being denied flight adds to my suicide idealation. I would never actually jump from a tall building unless in desperate measures even if I constantly look out from tall places and imagine myself jumping. So this isn't something related to suicide idealation, I just want to fly, I envy the birds and their freedom that's all.

Does anyone else feel similar? Some kind of desire for an impossible action?

I've felt similar.

Since my childhood, I've always wanted to have telekinesis powers (like in the movie "Chronicle". it's silly I know). And still to this day, I often have dreams where I can lift myself off the ground, magically levitate my grocery bags, stop falling objects mid-air or prevent accidents, etc. Having such a grasp on the world around me feels thrilling, like discovering a 4th dimension to life, with the new freedom that comes alongside it. When I wake up from these dreams, I'm constantly disappointed.

If I actually had these powers, I'd probably go live on my own in the woods.

I get that. I often want to do things that are utterly impossible with life's limitations, and I know those things are actually impossible, which makes me somewhat depressed about it. Kinda adds to my beliefs that life is slightly boring, because there's a limit to what you can do.

Some would say that life isn't boring because there's limit to what you can do.
