a few months ago i studied this to almost perfection, but then i focused on another method and kinda lost touch with partial hanging.
but the key to success with a partial hanging is to endure the pain long enough until you pass out, right?
and then you're good to go from there because you're passed out and the rope will tighten around your neck, taking away your ability to breathe.

i watched all the videos of it, too... scary stuff.
but it looks like they just, for example, throw the rope around a closed door, and they have tied a knot on the end of the rope,
so it stays "locked in".
and the other end of the rope has like a slipknot or whatever else sufficient knot, and then they just lower their bodies up against the door...
and wait to pass out.

do i remember all this correctly?

partial is a lot more accessable for the average person because you do not need a lengthy anchor point, but it's also a lot shittier in so far as morality rate, most here seem to fail with it, i noticed this in 2020 lurking here

Switching to full suspension hanging. You don't need to be very high up. Just not touching the ground is enough. A door might work, unless you're as tall as it is.

📌 Thread 'Guide on anchor points to look for in an Airbnb for full suspension hanging'

The mechanism of death is blocking the flow of oxygenated blood to your brain by blocking the carotid arteries. A noose knot will do the job, closing itself once you apply your full weight. The rope will penetrate and apply pressure to your entire neck equally, carotids, jugular veins and trachea.

📌 Post in thread 'Easiest guide to tying knots for hanging??'

The knot will go behind and in the center of your neck. The ligature will be placed under your jaw, where the carotid arteries are most accessible.

📌 'How to locate the carotid arteries?'

If you do things right, you won't be conscious for more than 15 seconds, you won't feel anything anymore until death finally comes.

📌 Thread 'Input on hanging experience'

Key points of the method: be alone at home or wherever you're attempting (at least one hour without interruptions to do everything), and make sure your anchor point and rope are sturdy. Test both.
