• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I have this urge to block everyone and live alone cause the more I talk to people the worse my mental health is ... should I just block everyone from my life? I want peace from everything...

Sorry to say, only you can decide that. For myself, when I withdraw from practically everyone it doesn't feel like much of a choice, it's just survival. Sometimes I've sent people a brief message that I need solitude, other times I just take it and go M.I.A

Living alone can be a relief, depending. I wish I could but can't afford it. Its ideal for me because I'm moody, irritable, and have sensory sensititivies. Then again it can be too lonely.

I've had that urge before too. It's sometimes accompanied with an urge to runaway to God knows where.

If you block them, they may worry, and it may cause more issues? You could consider replying with a plausible excuse perhaps, thereby buying you some time? Depends also on how many people I guess, your relationship and your normal frequency of communication. For me, I don't have many regular contacts, and I'm able to control comms with the few who may worry and cause an issue. All the best, and may you find peace.

That's a decision only you can make. I'm sorry you feel like this. If you do block everyone, I suggest do it gradually. An immediate block to everyone would raise a lot of concern.

I personally blocked everyone and I have a few left but they don't call everyday friends. I found it to be the best decision for me! I use to be honest and open about my suicidal thought because I wasn't ashamed to and felt I had valid reasons anyone would understand!

At some point they got together and I had a 5150. Once my days were up, I never looked back or forgave any of them. I clearly understood their rationale for why they did what they did BUT, I didn't have to accept it.
