• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Yeah he sued against it. And the court approved he can officially be called fascist. He is part of the German right-wing party Alternative for Germany.
If you compare him with Hitler he sues the shit out of you.
There was once a politics TV show with prestige they did something really interesting. They read out loud to members of the Alternative of Germany the following (it was kind of game) Does this quote stem from Björn Höcke (his name) or does it stem from Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf? Many delegates could not say whether Hitler or Höcke said it. Which was kind of embarassing and funny.

Yeah it is pretty dangerous that people like that have so much power. The AfD (Alternative fo Germany) becomes more and more extreme. They also lose votes due to that. But Höcke becomes more influential. This is dude is kind of scary....he often uses Nazi vocabulary. I think he is a former history teacher. Yeah one could say he did not learn much from history.

In the last 10 years a lot of fascists have sprouted up across the world so I'm not surprised. Trump is the most famous, but there are so many others.

People have forgotten the horrors of WW2 now, and soon the planet will make the same mistakes by once again welcoming fascism into governments. Plenty of democracies have already been damaged this way in the last decade.

People throw "fascist" and "nazi" as insults left and right on TV so to me these words have lost power completely. You can be called a fascist for not agreeing with the current mainstream political trends. Pretty much everything that is right of a liberal arts college in California is now considered more less fascist so who cares? Just the
mere fact that right wing has become synonym of extremism.

Whining about "muh country not great anymore" and waving a flag around isn't being fascist. It's just being a populist asshole.

They didn't. You're bombarded with holocaust and the horrors of Nazi regime on every day basis. Everything related to nazism is censored so heavily that there are no more swastikas in video games that take place during WW2 and some of German folk songs are getting removed from YouTube, because of promoting totalitarian regimes (a song about Hänsel und Gretel). Meanwhile people fly flags with hammers and sickles which in many countries like mine are synonymous with decades of oppression and war genocide.

No, being a fascist is very clearly when you use populist ideas to oppress people and erode democracy. This is exactly what has happend in Poland and Hungary which can't be classified as full democracies anymore. Trump tried the same thing by trying to undermine a fair election using populist conspiracy, but (as of now) US checks and balances won out (though they didn't win out in the way of supreme court nominations where republicans are allowed to now elect judges in election years but not democrats). Plenty of other countries are also silly backsliding into totalitarianism such as Turkey. It wont be long before the number of democracies on the planet substantially declines.

Populism applies to both right wing and left wing politics, whereas nobody is trying to erode democracy. From what I've seen the right wingers are more "oppressed" (this word has also lost its meaning thanks to the same people that label all their opponents as fascists) as they face much more censorship online and are often deplatformed. Poland and Hungary suffer from corruption rather than fascism. I'm not sure what you're implying in that statement that they're not "full democracies". I guess they're totalitarian regimes now, right? Same as Nazi Germany, Soviet Union or North Korea, lmao.

Calling Trump a fascist, because he cried about "sToLen ElectIon" on Twitter is just plain stupid.

If anything such mindset trivializes fascism, nazism and forms of systematic oppression and therefore contributes to people's shift in attitude towards it.

Trump is definitely a fascist not because he cried the election was stolen but a lot of things he said and did. I would not list them here because one could just type in google and get it. But just one example: Inciting the mob to storm the Congress.

Even calling a legitimate election stolen is a tactic from fascist playbook.

You have no clue what fascism is. Populism doesn't mean directly fascism. Why imply this shit when you don't even understand what fascism is?
